Nea Mix

  • 2 cups Goldfish Crackers
  • 1.5 cups Pretzels
  • 1 cup Corn Chex
  • 1/2 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • pinch of brown sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 225°F. 
  2. Line a 13 x 18-inch sheet pan with parchment paper. 
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, ranch dressing mix and brown sugar.
  4. In a large bowl, combine Goldfish, pretzels and Corn Chex. Pour butter mixture on top of mixture and toss to coat well.
  5. Spread in an even layer on prepared cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.

Let cool and serve or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
