Hot Honey Salmon Bowls

  • 4 6-oz salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp GF soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or hot honey
  • 2 cloves minced garlice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Bowls
    • 1 cup rice
    • 1 cup cooked edamame
    • Sliced cucumbers
    • Sliced avacados
    • Crushed red peppers
    • Sesame seeds
    • Fresh ginger
  • Spicy Mayo
    • 1/2 cup mayo
    • 2 tbsp hot sauce
    • 1 tsp GF soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
    • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  1. Cut salmon into 1 inch cubes and remove skin.
  2. Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic and salt in large bowl and whisk.
  3. Add salmon cubes to large bowl with sauce so they are completely coated.
  4. Let the salmon soak for at least 5 minutes (up to 2 hours).
  5. Spray avocado oil on air fryer pan.
  6. Place salmon on the air fryer pan in a single layer.
  7. Air fry at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, stir and then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the bowls with rice, edamame, cucumbers, avocado, crushed red pepper, sesame and a drizzle of the spicy mayo.
