Gabe’s Carne con Chile Verde
- 2 lbs bottom round beef
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1 large can green chilis
- Garlic powder
- Cumin
- Salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve with warmed tortillas and taco fixins.
