Gabe’s Carne con Chile Verde

  • 2 lbs bottom round beef
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 large can green chilis
  • Garlic powder
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
  2. Serve with warmed tortillas and taco fixins.
