Place 1/2 a bag of dark chocolate chips in a microwave bowl and heat in 30 second increments until melted. (optional: add a handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips)
Add in a tablespoon of coconut oil to the melted chocolate.
In a separate bowl, combine the dried cranberries, sliced almonds, banana chips and chopped pecans. Adjust each ingredients until desired proportions are achieved.
Add in a hearty amount of sea salt (probably a generous 1/2 tablespoon).
Pour melted chocolate into fruit and nut mixture, stir to combine.
Pour chocolate, fruit and nut mixture onto wax paper and spread out until it is in a 1/4 inch thick layer.
Place wax paper with mixture on it in the fridge for an hour. After an hour, it should be solid enough to break into pieces.
