Thai Iced Coffee

  • 2 Tbsp instant coffee granules/powder
    • OR 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 3 Tbsp sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
  • Ice
  1. In a coffee mug, mix together instant coffee and water. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Cool coffee to room temperature (15 – 20 minutes)
  3. Place the condensed milk and regular milk in a clear glass, stir until smooth.
  4. Add plenty of ice and then pour in coffee.
  5. Stir to incorporate.
