Thai Iced Coffee
- 2 Tbsp instant coffee granules/powder
- OR 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 3 Tbsp sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
- Ice
- In a coffee mug, mix together instant coffee and water. Stir until dissolved.
- Cool coffee to room temperature (15 – 20 minutes)
- Place the condensed milk and regular milk in a clear glass, stir until smooth.
- Add plenty of ice and then pour in coffee.
- Stir to incorporate.
