Cast Iron Nuts

  • Raw almonds
  • Avocado oil
  • Garlic salt
  1. Mix almonds and avocado oil with garlic salt.
  2. Spread almonds in a single layer in a dry cast iron.
  3. Heat them over medium heat, stirring or tossing them frequently, until they turn golden brown and start to smell nutty, about 3- 5 minuses.
  4. Remove from pan.
  5. Allow to cool entirely and then place in a air tight container.
