Cast Iron Nuts
- Raw almonds
- Avocado oil
- Garlic salt
- Mix almonds and avocado oil with garlic salt.
- Spread almonds in a single layer in a dry cast iron.
- Heat them over medium heat, stirring or tossing them frequently, until they turn golden brown and start to smell nutty, about 3- 5 minuses.
- Remove from pan.
- Allow to cool entirely and then place in a air tight container.
