Mexican Rice
- 1 cup rice, rinsed
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 – 4 oz tomato sauce from can
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbls avocado oil
- A couple shakes of red pepper flakes
- Place all ingredients into rice cooker and flip switch to start.
- Check when it is finished to see if it needs more liquid.
