Mexican Rice

  • 1 cup rice, rinsed
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 – 4 oz tomato sauce from can
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tbls avocado oil
  • A couple shakes of red pepper flakes
  1. Place all ingredients into rice cooker and flip switch to start.
  2. Check when it is finished to see if it needs more liquid.
